Vincent Luizzi, Ph.D. (1973), University of Pennsylvania; J.D. (1976), Boston University, is Professor of Philosophy at Texas State University and a municipal judge in San Marcos. Appeal to the Peoples Court is his sequel to A Case for Legal Ethics (SUNY Press, 1993).
