Patricia Frick, Ph.D. (2006), University of Würzburg, is curator of East Asian lacquer art at the Museum für Lackkunst (Museum of Lacquer Art) in Münster, Germany. She regularly publishes work in the field of East Asian arts and crafts. Annette Kieser, Ph.D. (2000), University of München, is head of the research project An analysis of Six Dynasties (220589) tombs from the Yangzi middle region at the University of Münster. She has published numerous monographs and articles on the art and archaeology of China.
