Bertus De Villiers (LL.D 1989), University of Johannesburg, is an Visiting Professor at the university and a member of the judiciary in Australia. He has published extensively and given advices in several countries on the topic of human and minority rights; decentralisation and federalism; and land reform. Most recently he co-edited Litigating the Rights of Minorities and Indigenous Peoples in Domestic and International Courts (Brill/Nijhoff, 2021)
