It starts with the new, Europe-wide binding directives on public procurement and compares the new provisions with the previous legal situation. Approximately 200 decisions of the European Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance have been analysed. Starting with practical overviews at the beginning of each chapter, the public procurement practitioner gets essential information about European public procurement law.
