Martí Guixé (°Barcelona, 1964) may describe himself as an `ex-designer', but that does not alter the fact that his absolutely unique work is famed throughout the design world. Rather than creating new objects, of which he thinks there are already too many in the world, Guixé has turned the whole of Society, with its systems, codes, conventions and subcutaneous mechanisms, into his subject matter. This fascinating book, with photography by Inga Knölke, is the first to give a complete overview of his work to date.
