Deals with the revolt by soldiers of the 882nd Infantry Battalion (Georgian Legion) which had been made up of former Red Army men taken prisoner and who had ''volunteered'' for service in the German Army. They rose up against the Germans in April-May 1945 on Texel island, and fighting continued after the official end of the War. The book was originally published in Dutch in 1981 as ''Opstand der Georgiërs, Sondermeldung Texel''. 72pp, b&w illustrations.
