Synopsis

Transformation Manual. Combining the content and change management This manual is written for EMBA students and other people that work in large or midsized companies, have around 10 years of experience (mostly in the function they started in), and will be leading (part of) their first transformation. Changes in technology and other context changes provide companies with opportunitiesor imperatives to adapt ever faster. Gradual change (even when agile) often will not keep up with the speed and depth of change. And starting a completely new company may seem faster, but would not be able to tap into the existing capabilities and market contacts of the original core. So more and more strategic evaluations (should) end up in carefully orchestrated transformation programs. The effectiveness and timeliness of these programs is often limited by the simple fact that most people only lead a small number of transformations. So a simple manual could be helpful.Transformation Manual is the third in a series of Management manuals. Strategy Manual and The Mandate are the other titles of the series.
