Elizabeth Nelson is a researcher, writer, and speaker who explores the connection between human behavior and technology. Her groundbreaking research and doctoral dissertation on employee health and her own story of burnout inspired the book The Healthy Office Revolution. An American by birth, she lives with her family in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Learn Adapt Build (LAB), the company she co-founded is a rapidly growing business transformation consultancy. David Holzer is the author and writer of 20 books. He is also a business writer, blogger, and journalist. As a writing coach and mentor, David teaches the principles of yoga for writers. His online yoga for writers course is possibly the first of its kind in the world. Born in the UK, David has lived in Spain for many years.
