Meine Pieter van Dijk is an economist, professor of water services management at UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education in Delft, professor of entrepreneurship at MSM, and professor of urban management in the Institute of Social Studies and the Institute of Housing and Urban Development at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Jacques Trienekens is associate professor of management studies at Wageningen University and Research Center.
