The degree of Ph.D. in Psychology has been conferred upon her in the year 2006 by the Ranchi University, Ranchi. She has been awarded the highest academic degree of D. Litt. in the year 2024 by the Ranchi University, Ranchi. She has written highly appreciated books on different topics of Psychology. Dr. Reeta has been the Editor of a renowned research Journal Resonance, National Journal of Value Education for the last 12 years. She has been awarded IPA Academic Excellence Award 2020 by the Indian Psychological Association for the presentation of a Research paper during the Indian Science Congress held at Bengaluru in 2020 and Best Teachers Award- Ujjain (MP).
