Synopsis

The present study was aimed at identifying the problems of tribal girl students of secondary schools. All the tribal girl students are having several problems with regard to their education. The tribal girl students of urban areas, uneducated father and mother, aided schools and Gujarati medium of instruction are facing more problems than their counter parts. The economic status of the family, religion, class studying and day or residential system have no effect on the problems of tribal girl students though they have many problems.
