V.Balachandran obtained his postgraduate degree from College of Engineering, Guindy. He served as Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Sona College of Technology, Salem and Madha Engineering College, Chennai. He worked as Design Engineer at Bharat Electronics Ltd., Bangalore for 15 years. He has designed mass production progressive tools for components like IC Frame and for semi conductor components. He has co-authored the book “Total Quality Management” for Anna University's 7th Semester students. This book with the help of the CD will be a boon for students.
