About the Author: Ravinder Kumar Shandil, (Retd IOFS), a professional manager and academician, received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honours from Jadavpur University Kalkota and his Master’s degree in Ecology and Environment from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok. He after serving as Principal and Lecturer in Technical institutes, he served at various positions in Indian Ordnance Factory Service for three decades and after retiring from the post of Additional General Manager in Ordnance Factories , currently residing in Shimla Hills in Himachal Pradesh, INDIA.

Now he is bringing his flavours of diverse experience to the benefit of young generation who may have been deprived of the opportunities for the lack of their presentation skill.
