Dr. Ruchi Ramesh has been passionately involved in teaching and research for the last three decades. As a researcher, she has delved into the social issues that beset diverse sections of society including customs and law. She has served various educational institutions in capacities in the department of Higher Education government of Himachal Pradesh. She has the honor of being the founder and President of the Sociological Society, Himachal Pradesh, and was re-elected for the same position consecutively for the second time. She has many books and research papers published to her credit.
