She has immense experience in handling the mental health of women, girls, and students for more than 23 years. During pandemics she has been awarded twice as the best psychologist and mental health pandemic warrior. Dr Rama has written many articles on human development, for various NGOs, panels, All India Women Conference at national levels, schools, and individuals as per the need. Writing is her passion, and she loves to write on issues of human development, women, girls, student mental health, patriarchal aspects of Indian society, and issues pertaining to the parenting and grooming of children.
