ABOUT THE AUTHOR:- COLONEL (Dr.) RAJESH KUMAR, anaïve country boy Raju from Bhojpur in Bihar joined Indin Army, commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant in Corps of Signals at the age of 22 and dischrged his selfless service dedicated to the nation in olive green for over 32 years. He commanded a plato on,company, battalion in operational areas of Jammu & Kashmir, Assam and Punjab. Colonel Rajesh is recognized as an authority on counterterrorist operations, and carried out exten siveres earch on Disaster Management, earned his Ph.D. Degree from Ranchi University. He authored books so far (a) E-governance and Disaster Managemnt (b) Red Corridor......The adventurist Captain Rajesh got his name embossed in Guinness Book of World Records while leading the Indian Motorcycles Team Dare-Devils, during 3rd National Games, Pune on 25 Jan 1994. He led the Army Mountaineering Expedition Aarohi in year 2001. He has been awarded JHARKHAND RATNA, and also The BIHAR GAURAV in 2013.
