This book is a collection of poems from various areas of my life. They are raw and real and honest. They attempt to provide insight into my mind, my experience with anxiety and many other parts of my life. I am no expert into mental health, these are just my experience of how I feel. This short collection of poems were written specifically for this book.

À propos de l'auteur

I currently live in Melbourne and work as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse. I studied a Bachelor of Nursing and have since further specialised in both Paediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care. I absolutely love being a nurse, it is extremely rewarding. I have been diagnosed with a generalised anxiety disorder, which was further impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. I have never attempted to write a book or poem until now.
