He had been Division Commander for 29 years with the rank of Lt. Cdr (Naval Wing) with many glorious awards. He is a resource person and visiting faculty in number of institutions and business schools. He is the director of Talent Academy an institute for workshop for defense aspirants with high rating and selection in India for Army Navy and Air Force. Obtained her Post Graduate degree from Barkatullah University, Bhopal (M.P). She is a Shankar Dayal Sharma Awardee in her Graduation and UGC NET JRF Awardee twice (June 2010 cycle & Dec 2020 - June 2021 merged cycle).
