Among his numerous works are Three Hundred Important Combinations, Astrology for Beginners, A Manual of Hindu Astrology, Graha and Bhava Balas, and Studies in Jaimini Astrology.

Dr. Raman founded the Raman & Rajeswari Research Foundation to promote astrology and Vastu Shastra. He earned honorary degrees, including Doctor of Literature and Doctor of Letters, from the Akhila Bharateeya Samskrita Sammelana and Kumaon University.
