About The Author: Shri Pradosh Nath, is working in National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies, (NISTANDS), New Delhi as a scientist. An economist by training, his research interest covers wide range of issues related to rural development and theoretical issues related to technological innovations, innovation Management etc. Dr. S. Visalakshi is a scientist, working in NISTANDS, New Delhi, with her Basic training in Biology, she has been involved in research related to development of Biotechnology in India, for more than a decade or so.
