The author Dr Anusha Rashmi, is a creative writer. For her poetry and dancing are akin to meditation. Having done her MBBS and then MD in the speciality of Community Medicine, she has 13 years of experience in preventive medicine alongside research. Her passion for taking on yoga as a way of life has led her to become a yoga trainer as well. Her spiritual inclination sets her apart in the way she understands life. She looks at the world outside and within her through a lens of optimism. Living life to the fullest with complete involvement is her greatest strength. Her definition of being a strong personality is all about knowing the strengths and limitations of own and working on them. She loves empowering others alongside her as she believes in kinship. Her experience in her profession and through exposure to life alone has helped her widen her horizon of understanding human nature and its interplay with the surroundings and how each affect the other.
