Synopsis

If you consider an average person's aspirations, being healthy and financially secure will often top the list. But how many of us manage to achieve both? Few. Is there a set of principles, which when consistently applied, can help you achieve both goals? In this book, Mihir and Ankush use their own experiences as overcoming lifestyle diseases, creating sustainable patterns of healthy eating and workouts without compromising on occasional binges, building out a corpus to be financially independent and having the freedom to work in a field of choice. With this book, they aim to crush myths and bring back sanity in the lives of individuals who have been getting lost in chasing vanity for far too long. Being consistent with your health and wealth can be a boring and tiresome process but the outcome is so beautiful that when you look back, you realize what an amazing journey you have been on.
