À propos de l'auteur

Cathy has been writing poems since her teenage years as a way to express and explore emotions. Since the loss of her first-born daughter in 2021, she's immersed herself even more in her writing, using it to advocate for the emotions of loss and grief in hopes that it'd make other bereaved parents less lonely. Cathy is also a Podiatrist and Yoga Teacher, and has also dedicated her time to providing yoga sessions for bereaved parents.
