Born and brought up in Haryana, the author is a dentist, a passionate storyteller, and a proud mother. This is her debut book. She had a habit of writing about anything and everything since childhood. But the thought of writing down a book never crossed her mind until one day when she accidentally found about the voyage of her friend's grandmother. The author was so moved by her journey that she decided to transcribe the expedition for the world to know how beautiful and resilient love can be.

Taschenbuch. Etat : Neu. Neuware - This book is the story of a woman, Laijo, born in a lower middle-class family in rural northern India, before partition. An ardent Shaivite and reserved demeanour, her life had been a roller coaster ride. She was so devoted to her husband that she used the term 'My Almighty' every single time she mentioned him, but ended up having children with another man. The author vowed to write her journey to the world, the day she discovered the expedition. In this era of ever changing family dynamics, this book gives a strong reflection of how relations were like back in the days. A tale about love, life and devotion, straight from the heart.
