Dr. P. Hanmanth Rao obtained M.Sc in Statistics in 1969 and Ph.D. in genetics in 1984 from Osmania University. He taught Biomathematics, Biostatistics, Population Genetics and Quantitative Genetics at undergraduate and postgraduate level for over three decades at the University College of Science at Osmania University. K. Janardhan obtained M.Sc Botany in 1968 and Ph.D. in Botany in 1987 from Osmania University.
