Sigamani Panneer is an Associate Professor and Head, Department of Social Work, School of Social Sciences and Humanities, Central University of Tamil Nadu, India. He has authored articles and books of national and international repute published by Macmillan, Sage, Springer, John Wiley, Elsevier, BMC, Bloomsbury, Economic and Political Weekly and Cambridge Scholars etc. He is recipient of prestigious Raman fellowship (Singh-Obama initiatives) hosted at the School of Public Health, University of Minnesota, USA. He was also a Visiting Professor at the Division of Environmental Health Sciences, School of Public Health, University of Minnesota, USA and Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, China; Jishou University, China.
Dr. N U Khan is Professor in Social Work with the specialization in Welfare Management and Human Resource Management, Department of Social Work, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Prof. Khan has more than 32 years of teaching and research experience. He is the Member of Joint Panel of Multidisciplinary Experts for Social & Behavioural Research in Health constituted by ICMR and ICSSR. He is the Ambassador of Peace awarded by Ministry of Co-operatives and Poverty Alleviation, Govt. of Nepal and Universal Peace Federation.
