Synopsis
Agriculture is the backbone of Indian economy which contricutes 22 per cent of GDP. The total production of food crop , oilseeds, fibres and other crop increased to a large extent after evolution of dwarf , fertilizer and irrigation responsive hybrids especially in wheat , sorghum and other crops which enables us to meet hunger of the large population of our country.
