The IOS minaret, an online Islamic magazine, was launched by the Institute of Objective Studies in May 2006. The main objective of the website is to present the ideals and principles of Islam in the contemporary idiom and style, provide authentic, updated information about Muslim communities located in different regions of the world, examine and analyze contemporary trends and issues from an Islamic perspective, and highlight the multifaceted contributions of the Islamic faith to the advancement and enrichment of human civilization. During the past five years, the website has been accessed by more than a million visitors.
