Dr. S. Anitha Devi MBA, Ph. D, is Associate Professor at the Department of Management Studies, T.J.P.S College, Guntur. Her areas of specializations are Human Resource Management & Marketing Management. Her research interests include Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence and Job satisfaction. Dr. Anitha has done a Minor Research project on "Emotional Intelligence" awarded by U.G.C. She is academic Counsellor for M.B.A of IGNOU programme. She is a Research Supervisor at Acharya Nagarjuna University and is presently guiding six scholars. She has 15 publications in National & International Journals. She has attended 40 seminars at the National Level & 5 Seminars at the international level. She has organized several academic programmes and delivered guest lectures at various colleges for M.B.A students.

Dr.G. Satyanarayana M Com, Ph.D, is presently senior Professor and Director in Department of Management Studies, T.J.P.S College, Guntur. He served the College for more than 36 years in both Academic and Administrative positions. His subject interests and publications are in the areas of S.S.I, General Management, Human Resource Management, O.B, Cost & Management Accounts, Marketing etc. He has 20 publications. He is academic Counsellor for M.B.A of IGNOU, Acharya Nagarjuna University Diploma in Distance Education and Pondicherry Central University.
