Debarshi Mukherjee is an alumnus of Visva Bharati, Santiniketan (A Central University) and Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. He is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Business Management, Tripura University (A Central University). His research interest lies in developing blended learning models using learning analytics and ICT intervention in tertiary education with a design thinking approach. He has worked extensively in curricula design and innovative andragogy development besides teaching and academic administration over the last two decades. His endeavour in research has earned him over 70 publications to his credit including books, research papers, working papers, concept papers, conference proceedings, and popular articles. His interest in research leads him to many funded projects sponsored by DEAR - NABARD, ICSSR, and ONGC besides carrying out consultancy services for clients like Manipal Global Education Services. He has delivered over 40 invited talks and chaired technical sessions at many national and international conclaves held at places like IIT BHU, and Colours FM Bangladesh. He has organized many national and international conferences, FDPs, and leadership and motivation sessions with the management teachers and students at various institutions including MHRD sponsored Faculty Development Programmes and Refresher Courses
Dr. Mahasweta Saha (PhD, IIT Kharagpur) is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Management, Tripura University. She has rich experience spanning across Consulting (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Engineering services, Product Development (Whirlpool), Research & Academics for the last 18 years. She is actively engaged is management and social science research for the last nine years. She has presented her papers in several reputed International conferences (PAN IIM, PAN IIT, and other reputed conferences). She has published over 10 research papers. She has delivered over 10 invited talks and chaired technical sessions at national and international conferences. She has organized many events and an international conference funded by by North East Development Council, Shillong under Ministry of DoNER, Govt. of India and NABARD, Agartala. Her teaching interest involves Consumer Behaviour, Production and Operations Management, and Research Methodology for the post-graduate and under-graduate level. Her primary research interest lies in Consumer socialization, Service Quality, S-commerce platforms, and online consumer behavior. Her other areas of interest are in operations management, healthcare, education, CSR& sustainability. She was invited and delivered a lecture on the topic “lntroduction to SEM using AMOS” at the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business, Florida lnstitute of Technology, USA.
