For this purpose, two tea estates were selected in Dibrugarh, Assam and around 300 women workers were interviewed. By reading this book the tea lovers across the world can understand and know the real lives of the women workers who are the main producers of tea. This book will also be useful to researchers and academicians in the field of gender and work, industrial sociology and the various organizations of importance which are engaged in studying issues of women and work.
