Elanor Boekholt-O’Sullivan (1976) has served as Lieutenant-General of the Royal Netherlands Air Force since 2022. This made her the first woman ever to reach the highest rank in the Dutch military. In 2023, she was chosen as Top Woman of the Year by the Dutch Social and Economic Council.
