Jaap Boonstra supports leaders and managers in organisations to successfully achieve the changes they envisage. Jaap is a professor of ‘Organization Dynamics’ at ESADE Business School in Barcelona and ‘Organizational Change and Learning’ at the University of Amsterdam. In both universities he is engaged in executive education and consulting.
