Gabriel M. Leung is Associate Professor in Translational Public Health at the University of Hong Kong. He is project director of Hong Kong's Domestic Health Accounts, an advisor to the Health, Welfare and Food Bureau on health and long-term care financing, and an Honorary Consultant of the Department of Health. He is an Associate Editor of Health Policy and has published widely in the areas of epidemiology, health services research, and health policy and economics.
