Readers will find this book an update of the adoption of UCP 600 and new practices of the services by ECIC and major trade promotion institutions in Hong Kong. Major differences between Incoterms 2000 and 2010 will also be discussed.

Dr. Kwai Wing LUK obtained his MBA from University of Birmingham U.K. and doctoral degree from Macquarie University, Australia. He worked in banks of Hong Kong for 10 years from the early 1980s to the early 1990s as a senior officer. Since 1992, he has taught in local universities. Specialising in commercial banking and trade finance, Dr. Luk has trained many banking professionals in Hong Kong and China. He is an examiner and a moderator for the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers over the past 10 years. He has also been a script moderator for books and videos used in bank training, and a guest speaker of multinational firms on international trade finance. His publications include books and articles on international trade, banking and finance. He is currently a senior lecturer in the Community College of City University, City University of Hong Kong.
