À propos de l'auteur

Nicholas Sun-keung Pang is Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was the Chairman of the Hong Kong Educational Research Association between 1999 and 2001. He has published widely in international and local journals and is co-author of Leadership and Management in Education: Developing Essential Skills and Competencies.
