Avital Sebbag NDLi.ac, I am a proud mother of five sons. An Organic-Vegan health food chef, teacher, facilitator, practicing ancient Chinese medicine and Shiatsu. With rich experience in natural medicine, I lecture and teach at festivals and conferences worldwide. Over the years I have learned the importance of integrating nutrition and preventive medicine thereby giving us a better quality of life. Today, more than ever, I dedicate my time to realising my personal vision: to guide and support as many people as possible towards change to a healthier life. I am fulfilling my vision through conducting daily workshops, demonstrations, training sessions and retreats, writing reports and articles in our health forum and on facebook and working in my private clinic . I meet thousands of people every year, people who wish to make a change towards a better quality of life. Happily, every year I see more and more people venturing on this route.
