Charles Muoka an advocate of fulfilment of brand promises as guarantee of sustainable electoral success is a Chevalier Knight of St John International. Sir Muoka hails from Agulu in Anambra State, Nigeria and was born in 1964.

He holds Ph.D in Marketing from Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, M.Sc in Marketing-Public Relations and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing- Public Relation both from University of Nigeria Nsukka and B.Sc in Marketing, Purchasing and Supply from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria.

Dr. Muoka the Founder of CMM Group with interests in manufacturing, trading, construction and publishing has held several positions in both public and private sectors and  currently is a member of Anambra State Vision 2070 Committee charged with envisioning a 50 Year Development Plan for the state.

He is happily married to the love of his life Nkechi Elizabeth and they have an adorable son Charles Michael Chukwugozie Jr.
