Zhao Guanghui is a Professor and Doctorial Supervisor at College of Public Management, Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, China; a leading young science and technology talent of the Ministry of Transport; member of the working group of the National Comprehensive Three-dimensional Transportation Network Planning committee of the Ministry of Transport; and Dean of the Institute of Information Technology, a think tank of the Management Cadre Institute of the Ministry of Transport. He received his Master of Administration degree from Central South University of Finance and Economics; Master of Economics from Central Agricultural University; PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology and his post-doctorate fellowship at Wuhan University and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He has visited the School of Engineering, University of Michigan, as a Visiting Fellow. He is the principal investigator of a number of national projects funded by National Social Science Fund, and Ministry of Transport, in China. His research interests lie in the strategic management of transportation. Dr Zhao has published over 10 books, and 100 scientific papers.
