Michael Dam Michael has extensive experience and knowledge on addressing business challenges and working with people from different industries and cultures. In his twenty-five year professional career, he served in several different disciplines, including Engineering, Product Management, Business/Strategy Planning, Strategic Pricing, Demand Forecasting and Business Analytics. During his years working for major multinational companies, he held various management positions, from first-line manager to Senior Director and worked closely with many high-level management executives, including serving as Chief of Staff to a Senior Vice-President at NetApp - a Fortune 500 company. To fulfill a life-long passion for teaching, he teaches college business classes as an Adjunct Lecturer at Santa Clara University. For the last several years, he has been volunteering his time conducting career talk events at universities as well as teaching career workshops to help college students develop job skills and prepare for their professional career after graduation. He continues to provide individual consultation and coaching to career professionals. Dennis Mark Dennis has more than 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and has held various senior leadership positions in regional strategic business units, sales & marketing functions, executive mentoring program in Asia Pacific. He built his reputation through strong engagement amongst stakeholders in developing human capital, business management processes and operation cadence. He also believes in leading change ahead of the curve to seize time and space for strategic impact and business results. Prior to his consultancy career, Dennis served as the Vice President and General Manager of Solutions & Services practice for HP Inc Asia Pacific, where he led the regional Head Quarter with diverse multi-country teams of employees, and the sales and market developments of B2B and B2C segments. With talent development as a key strategic pillar, Dennis served as executive coach and teaching faculty in the Talent Development Program for the pool of Managing Directors and Executives. He focuses his mentoring in areas of leadership development, organization building, career planning, change management and crisis management. In his international consulting capacity, Dennis provides business subject matter expertise supporting organizational development, critical research and business decisions.
