This monograph describes the new quantum theory called the weakest bound electron theory (WBE theory) proposed by Prof. Neng-Wu Zheng and its applications. À propos de l?auteur
Neng-Wu Zheng is a distinguished professor of theoretical chemistry and inorganic chemistry. He was the director of the department of applied chemistry at University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and was served on both the University Academic Committee and the University Academic Degree Committee at USTC. He was honored Special Government Allowances of the State Council of China, was invited as a visiting professor at the Department of Chemistry at Purdue University, and was a member of the International Advisory Board of Malaysia Journal of Chemistry.
