Denise Fletcher was trained in classical French cuisine at the Shatec Institutes in Singapore. After graduating, she went on to work at SATS, the leading provider of inflight catering services in Singapore. She also ran Eurasian Delight, her own eatery, with a partner, delighting diners with home-cooked Eurasian, Singaporean and international fare. Denise was hand-picked by the Eurasian Association to be part of the team cooking for the delegates of the 2006 IMF Convention in Singapore. This, her first book, is a collection of recipes that is born of her passion for good, uncomplicated food. It was compiled, refined and kitchen-tested over a period of five years.
