Chef Ng Lip Kah has been working at many top dim sum restaurants in Singapore like Tung Lok Restaurant, Red Star Restaurant and Habour City Restaurant over a period of 30 years. Chef Ng received Individual 2nd Runner-up as well as Group Champion Award of World Association of Chinese Cuisine in 2008. He is very passionate and sincere about his craft, and is not selfish to share his skills in making dim sum.
