À propos de l?auteur

Shalini Garg is a prolific scholar with over 25  years of academic experience in HRM, OB, and OD. She is currently a professor at the University School of Management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She has authored a book, “HR Initiatives in Building Inclusive and Accessible Workplaces,” Emerald Publishing London, UK. She has also co-edited two books on Inclusive & Accessible Workplaces published by Bloomsbury. She is currently the University Nodal-Officer (Disability Matters), is the Director of the Vice-Chancellor Constituted University Inclusion and Accessibility Cell (UIAC-UTTHAAN), is a board member of the University Academic Council, and is the member of State Level Selection Committee under the Department of Women and Child Development. She has been the founding editor-in-chief of I&A E-Magazine since 2020. Her interests are centered around HRM Driven I&A Practices, which are reflected in the long-term Research Projects of organizations such as IMPRESS, UGC.
