Laura WANG, the co-founder and the head teacher of Beijing Mandarin (BM), established the school out of her passion in 1992 to educate people taking Chinese as their other language. As it goes, she and BM faculty team focus more on providing quality Chinese language teaching to people around the world. During the years, BM has been standing in the forefront of research and development to explore the more effective ways in Chinese language teaching for K-12 students. BM has successfully launched Chinese language learning curriculum in several leading international schools in Hong Kong and has received thousands of students aged 2 years old and above from all over the world. Prior to her Mandarin teaching career Laura was a trained/educated medical professional working for a few years in Obstetrics Dept. in a provincial hospital in China.
