The founding mother of Max and Mei, shares her passion for Chinese language and culture Martha Keswick graduated from Newcastle University, UK, in English Literature. She worked in TV Sales and Marketing for Chrysalis Distribution in London and then for the BBC in Hong Kong. In 2002 she completed an intensive Mandarin course at the University of Singapore where the bug for learning Chinese was born. Currently living back in Singapore after a 5 year stint in Hong Kong, she loves spending time with her husband, Ben, and their 4 children. Martha delivers storytelling sessions in English and Mandarin to young kids and their parents. Storytelling sessions last approximately one hour and include games and interplay with the audience. Her new title Max & Mei meet the Dinosaur is a great success in Asia. Singapore schools find in it a new resources much needed by primary school and a fascinating topic with an original design.
