Teresa Ribeiro is a Portuguese screenwriter turned novelist. Born in Portugal, she moved to London to study Film at Kingston University and stayed for over a decade-working in production before turning fully to fiction. Lisbon and London both live in how she writes.Her fiction is cinematic and fast-cut, unafraid of a cold open or a hard ending. It sits at the crossroads of rage and tenderness, and explores feminine power, desire, grief, and survival-fables, dark fantasy, and romantasy with lyrical prose and sharp teeth.The Serpent's Dance is her debut-a short, dark fable about rebirth and reclamation. Her novel Of Wards and Wi-Fi opens the Ruined Realms, an urban fantasy series of witches, vampires, and Cosmic Magic set in Lisbon.

Nelson Rodrigues is a graphic designer and illustrator based near Lisbon, driven by a lifelong curiosity for the world and the stories that connect people to it. After graduating in Design, Technologies and Graphic Arts in Tomar, he began his career in Portugal before moving to the United Kingdom-an experience that broadened both his perspective and his creative approach. He has worked across design, illustration, and packaging, earning several national and international awards, including Vertex Awards recognition. He now works as a freelance creative, collaborating with authors, publishers, and brands on projects that blend visual strategy, creativity, and storytelling. Recent work includes The Ruined Realms saga by Teresa Ribeiro. He lives and works in Barreiro, Portugal.
