I decided to begin my journey of self-exploration by posting notes on Facebook about what I was going through. I committed to one hundred days because I felt that would be more than enough time to understand who I was, who I would become if I didn't change, and who I truly wanted to be.

It was incredibly liberating to share my thoughts, and even more eye-opening when I received feedback from friends.

Now, I want to share my story with you, hoping it resonates with your own experiences and perhaps helps you along your journey.

Looking back, my notes have been a source of entertainment for me. So, even if all this book does is offer you a bit of enjoyment, I'll still consider it a success.

Haifa Babiker is a working mom of three adorable children. A Sudanese by passport but born and raised in Qatar, who believes she has both cultures in her blood.

Haifa graduated from Qatar University from the college of engineering, and specialized in computer science and software programming. She then completed her master's degree in business administration.

Haifa always had a passion for self-development and enhancing the quality of lifestyle but adding the ingredient of positivity in the daily life was challenging. She was inspired by the movie Eat, Pray and Love and started a hundred-day journey of self-exploration back in 2008. Even though these notes are almost ten years old, Haifa still feels that the lessons she learnt apply to her now, even after she got married and has kids.
