Deladem Komla Loglo is a Banker, Personal Development Consultant. He is the Founder of Yang Steps Consulting. He holds a Bsc. in Development Planning from KNUST and MBA in Marketing from UCC.
He started his career with Unilever, moved on to Barclays and occupied several roles within a span of five years six months: Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Head of Bancassurance, Premier Relationship Manager. He also managed three of the Largest Branches in Barclays Ghana i.e. High Street, Circle and Osu Branches. He is currently a Territorial Unit Head @ SG Ghana Limited leading seven key Branches of the Bank.

Deladem has a solid record for accomplishing both corporate and personal goals. With his multi-disciplinary background and training, he is well grounded in sales, entrepreneurship, and leadership and excels in roles that require people management. He has clearly demonstrated the ability to head multiple large units, and as such, he developed a lot of people during his career. He is always seeking an opportunity to learn and add value to himself and the people he leads.

Deladem believes his purpose in life is to impact and become a blessing to anybody who comes into his life. Therefore, he is passionate about sharing practical insights with others, so that they may live balanced lives.

Deladem is married to an incredible wife, Aseye and blessed with three adorable children.
