The rapid advancement of digital technologies is reshaping supply chain management, yet challenges persist in achieving seamless integration across organizations and ensuring uniform adoption of emerging tools. This research explores the barriers to cross-organizational collaboration, analyzing the role of technologies like IoT, AI, and blockchain in enhancing efficiency and customer value. While these innovations offer significant potential—improving visibility, responsiveness, and transparency—fragmented adoption and inconsistent technological integration hinder full realization. Key challenges include misaligned incentives, lack of interoperability, and trust deficits between supply chain partners. Through a systematic literature review, the study highlights the need for standardized digital frameworks that bridge operational silos and enable data-driven decision-making. The paper proposes a conceptual model linking technological enablers, integration mechanisms, and customer-centric outcomes, emphasizing collaborative governance and inclusive technology adoption strategies. Ultimately, addressing both technological and organizational challenges is crucial for building resilient, agile, and customer-responsive supply chains. The findings underscore the importance of fostering interoperability, trust, and shared value creation to achieve long-term competitive advantage in a digitally evolving global market.
